Radiator Cleaning Machine Technical Specifications
Motor
The motor is the most critical component of the heating system cleaning machines, responsible for pumping liquid and directly affecting the machine's cleaning performance and quality. Thanks to the pump used, it enables maximum efficiency in cleaning all closed-loop systems, such as boilers, installations, underfloor heating, and central systems. All parts of the pump in contact with liquid are made of plastic and stainless materials, ensuring resistance to chemicals and sediment, preventing wear and tear, and maintaining performance without degradation for years. The pump features copper windings and thermal protection.
Filter and Cover
The filter and cover system used in the machine is highly modern and functional. With a diameter of 220 mm, the filter and cover allow easy filling, draining, and observation. The cover can be easily opened and closed by rotating it left or right and features an additional locking system for safety. The basket filter system, patented and used for the first time globally in our machine, allows users to monitor contamination during operation, clean it quickly and effortlessly, and reattach it.
Complete Protection
We have so much confidence in our machine that all parts of the radiator cleaning machine are covered by a 2-year warranty. A liquid level control device is used within the machine to prevent the heater from operating when there is insufficient liquid, avoiding potential tank damage entirely. The product body, motor, and parts that come into contact with liquid are made from chemical-resistant plastic, ensuring durability without wear or performance loss. This allows you to use the machine with the same efficiency as on the first day for years.
Pressure Gauge (Manometer)
During radiator cleaning, the manometer on the machine provides information about performance, operating pressure, and possible blockages in the system. The machine performs better at lower pressures as it moves more water, indicating no blockages in the system. If there is a blockage, the machine's pressure will increase, and the blockage will be resolved by cleaning the radiator until the pressure returns to normal. The machine adjusts pressure automatically according to system resistance, requiring no manual intervention.
Temperature Gauge (Thermometer)
To monitor the temperature of the circulating liquid during cleaning, a temperature gauge (thermometer) is included in the machine. This allows users to observe and adjust the liquid temperature as needed. As seen in the images, the device is thoughtfully embedded into the machine, ensuring protection against damage in case of tipping or impact.
