KAMPA COMPANY - DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties
This agreement is made between Kampa Company (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the customer who purchases products or services from the Seller’s website at www.kampacompany.com (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer").

2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or service ordered by the Buyer from the Seller’s website at www.kampacompany.com, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product Information
The type and nature of the product, quantity, brand/model, color, and total price including all taxes will be provided to the Buyer during the order process.

4. Product Delivery and Return Conditions
Delivery: The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form within the specified delivery period. The Seller is responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during delivery.

Return and Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories intact. For detailed return conditions, please refer to Return Policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

Payment Terms: The Buyer may purchase the product using the payment methods specified at the time of order. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.
Taxes: All taxes and fees included in the product price will be communicated to the Buyer at the time of payment.

6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the parties agree that the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

7. Effectiveness
This agreement becomes effective when the Buyer approves it electronically.
