These pumps are used for detergent dosing in industrial dishwashers. They can also be used for dosing liquids with similar viscosity to detergents.
With a peristaltic dosing pump, you can adjust the flow rate, i.e., the discharge speed of the pump. It can be adjusted from 120 ml per minute down to 0 ml per minute. In areas without electricity, it can be used by connecting to external power sources like batteries or solar energy at 12 volts.
