What is a Pressure Regulator (Reducer)?

The pressure of the air to be used in pneumatic circuits must be reduced and adjusted to the desired working pressure. Pneumatic pressure regulators reduce the system pressure to an adjustable working pressure and keep it largely constant despite changes in different air usage amounts and fluctuations in system pressure. Pneumatic pressure regulators only work to reduce the pressure in the line, it is not possible to adjust to a pressure higher than the pressure in the line.
