Motor
The motor, the most critical component of heating system cleaning machines, ensures the transfer of liquid and directly affects the machine's cleaning performance and quality. With the pump used, maximum efficiency can be achieved in cleaning all closed-loop systems, including boiler cleaning, central heating, and underfloor heating systems. All parts of the pump in contact with liquid are made of plastic and stainless materials, ensuring long-term use without performance loss or damage due to chemicals or residues passing through it. The pump features copper windings and thermal protection.
Filter and Lid
The lid and filter system of the machine are highly modern and user-friendly. With a diameter of 220 mm, the filter and lid provide easy filling, draining, and observation. The lid opens and closes easily with a twist, and an additional safety lock is included. The basket filter system, first introduced and patented in our machine, allows you to observe contamination during operation, clean it quickly and easily, and reattach it.
Full Protection
We have such confidence in our machine that all parts of the radiator cleaning machine are covered by a 2-year warranty. A liquid level control device is installed in the machine to prevent heater operation when there isn’t enough liquid, thus avoiding tank burnout issues. The body of the product, as well as all parts in contact with liquids, is made of chemical-resistant plastic, ensuring long-lasting use without wear or reduced performance.
Pressure Gauge (Manometer)
The manometer on the machine provides information about efficiency, working pressure, and potential blockages in the system during radiator cleaning. Lower pressure indicates better cleaning as more water is circulated and confirms there are no blockages in the system. If a blockage exists, the pressure will rise, and the radiator is cleaned until normal pressure is restored. The machine automatically adjusts its pressure according to system resistance, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
Temperature Gauge (Thermometer)
A temperature gauge is included in our radiator cleaning machine to monitor the temperature of the circulating liquid during cleaning. This gauge allows you to observe and adjust the temperature as desired. The gauge is carefully integrated into the machine, ensuring durability and protection from damage in case of tipping or impact.

Heater Resistance
The 2000-watt heater in the radiator cleaning machine maintains the temperature of the cleaning liquid throughout the process. Using hot water during cleaning enhances the effectiveness of cleaning agents. The heater features a dry-run prevention system, ensuring no damage to the machine or malfunctions occur.
Note: High-pressure machines sold in the market are unsuitable for system cleaning as they can damage boiler and radiator systems. Machines should have sufficient pressure to circulate water comfortably through the system. The key is to circulate the chemical water quickly and at an appropriate pressure for effective sweeping. Therefore, our machines use jet pumps designed for rapid and precise water transfer. Reliable cleaning chemicals are equally crucial; avoid untrustworthy products to ensure effective cleaning without harming the system
