AIRCOL
Axial fan is a type of fan that causes air to flow in an axial direction parallel to the shaft in which the blades rotate. The flow is axial at the inlet and outlet. The impellers rotating around an axis draw the air parallel to this axis and push the air out in the same direction. The fan is designed to generate force that creates a pressure difference and causes a flow along the fan. Axial fans create airflow with a high flow rate, which creates a large amount of airflow. However, the airflows they create are at low pressure.
Small and medium-sized spaces:
Suitable for ventilation of bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, pantries, laundry rooms, garages, workplaces, etc.
It is manufactured to be used in ceiling type ventilation applications, especially with the connection pipe to be attached to the aspirator.
It is indispensable for spaces where awareness is desired with its stylish and wide front appearance.
Our product, manufactured with high quality ABS plastic, provides the best protection against external factors such as bad odor, moisture and never loses its first-day appearance.
The sound level has been reduced to the lowest level with the body with a wide air sweeping path and optimum fan design.
Thanks to the specially designed body and front cover, it provides high suction from all directions and always keeps the front cover clean.
We can produce our aspirator with the desired flow rate and speed in accordance with the environment used. (120 m³/hour ~ 150 m³/hour)
The air outlet flap provides the best protection against factors such as dust, bad odor and cold that may come from outside when the aspirator is not in use, while also preventing heat loss that may leak from inside to outside.
It can be made double-speed if desired.
The filter exposed to dust can be easily removed and cleaned by wiping or washing.
Self-lubricating and maintenance-free motor bearings provide silent and long-lasting performance.
It has IP24 protection against water splashing.
The motor is included in the H insulation class.
Our products are manufactured in accordance with EN 60335-2-80, Low Voltage Equipment [2006/95/EC] and Electromagnetic Compatibility [2004/108/EC] standards.
When Choosing a Fan, 4 parameters should be considered;
Required Air Flow
Pressure Losses
Acceptable Noise Level
Electrical Power Connection Type
The air exchange required for the environment to be ventilated is related to the purpose of use of the environment, the number and activities of living beings and objects in it. The air exchange coefficients required for different environments are given in the side table.
Depending on the activity, the amount of air per person in living and working areas can be helpful in determining the required air flow rate.
Normal Activity (Nonsmoking)
29 m3 / hour. Normal Altitude.
(Smoking) 58 m3 / hour Light Activity
45 m3 / hour Heavy Activity
60 m3 / hour
According to the information given above, the required air flow rate is determined as follows.
Q [ m3 / hour ] = Air exchange coefficient (1 hour) * Ambient volume (m3 )
Or
Q [ m3 / hour ] = Number of people* Air flow rate required per person
After determining the required air flow rate in the environment, the appropriate duct design should be made (taking into account sound and air speed criteria) and pressure losses should be calculated.
Depending on the environment where the fan will operate, the fan type (axial, radial, roof, smoke exhaust, etc.) should be decided and the appropriate fan should be selected from the curve according to the determined flow-static pressure pair.
To briefly explain what is written above and in the table;
If 5 people work in an office, the ceiling height is 2.6 meters and the floor area is 50 m2, then it has a volume of 2.6*50=130 m3. The value given for the office in the air exchange coefficient table was 4-8. Let's consider the environment as 5. 130*5=650 m3/h air is needed. If we assume that the office is working with normal activity, 5 people * 29 m3 = 145 m3 air is needed, a total of 650 + 145 =795 m3/h air is needed for the employees.
Fan selection is also made according to this flow rate requirement. After making flow rate calculations, the area where the fan will be installed should be determined.
