MAGNET PUMP
Magnetic Pumps are designed to pump toxic and other hazardous liquids without using mechanical seals. Magnetic pumps are a type of pump supported by the science of magnetism rather than external electricity. They are energy-efficient and do not require seals or oil gaskets for operation. Magnetic pumps circulate various liquids, including acids, water, and oils. Since they do not have a mechanical seal, there is no risk of dangerous chemical leaks or overheating due to blockages.
The general characteristics of magnetic pumps include a rotating impeller housed in a closed chamber supported by a magnetic field generated by magnets. The rotation of the impeller produces a force that feeds the liquid in and out of the pump housing. The primary purpose of the pump is to maintain energy and motion within a liquid.
Magnetic pumps have magnets attached to the impeller and motor. Permanent magnets are connected to the pump's drive assembly. The drive magnet is connected to a second shaft driven by the motor, which turns the magnet when the motor is activated. The magnetic force from the motor's magnet causes the magnet in the impeller to rotate and drive the impeller.
Magnetic pumps are centrifugal pumps, meaning the liquid being pumped exits at a different point than where it enters. The rotation of the impeller increases the energy of the liquid and raises the pressure at which the liquid exits the pump. This increase in pressure prevents the fluid from moving.
